What You’ll Do

• Perform complex diagnostics, precision repairs, and maintenance on Volkswagen and European vehicles
• Lead by example—set the standard for quality, efficiency, and technical expertise in the shop
• Collaborate with service advisors to provide clear, accurate estimates and professional recommendations
• Execute all warranty, recall, and customer-pay work to Volkswagen’s strict standards
• Test drive vehicles to confirm flawless operation and performance
• Mentor and support fellow technicians to ensure consistency and excellence across the department

• Proven experience as a Volkswagen or European brand technician
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities with an eye for precision
