- Monitors activity on pool deck during open swim.

- Enforces facility rules.

- Communicates via walkie talkie to Manager's Office to report any emergencies.

- Measures guests at slide towers and enforces 48" height requirement.

- Provides service to cabana guests, takes orders and delivers food from Snack Shack.

- Teaches beginner to advanced swim lessons for Sunburst Swim School.

- Serves as party attendant for Fun in the Sun party packages.

- Attends preseason training in May and weekly in-service trainings throughout summer.

Requirements

- Minimum 16 years old by May 1st 2026

- Reliable transportation
