Responsibilities

• Define and lead global offer strategy across Process Design, Qualification, Work Prep, Shop Floor Support, Logistics, Tooling, Supply Chain, Data Management & AI.
• Act as the enterprise lead during pre-sales and business development phases.
• Develop technical proposals, SOWs, and support RFP responses.
• Build trusted relationships with decision-makers at key clients.
• Ensure alignment with industry standards and certification requirements.
• Drive innovation in quality methodologies, supplier performance, and commissioning.
• Create reusable frameworks and best practices.
• Support global delivery teams during critical phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Certifications in Aerospace standards or PLM tools are a plus.

Essential skills

• Extensive experience in Aerospace & Defense, with exposure to Airbus, Dassault, Safran, or Thales.
• Expertise in Process Design, Qualification, Tooling, and certification practices.
• Strong knowledge of Work Prep, Shop Floor Support, Logistics, and Supply Chain.
• Proven experience in Data Management, AI, and digital twin approaches.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in international, cross-functional teams.

Desired skills

• Consulting or engineering services background.
• Familiarity with PLM/Digital continuity tools (Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE, ENOVIA, CATIA, DELMIA).
• Understanding of Aerospace & Defense regulations (EASA, EN9100, NADCAP).
• Experience leading global initiatives and multi-country delivery.
