As a leading luxury menswear retailer operating across Canada, Harry Rosen is seeking a Product Owner to join our growing ERP applications and special projects team. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a highly-talented team working in a dynamic environment, focusing on enhancing our ERP systems (Merch and Finance).
In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring our ERP suite (Merchandising and Financials) supports operational efficiency and business growth. Proficiency in SQL, Tableau (or other visualization tools), EDI processes, and product management tools is a strong advantage.
As the Product Owner, your mandate is to drive the development and continuous improvement of our ERP applications, ensuring they meet business objectives, optimize operational efficiency, and deliver an exceptional user experience across the central office and distribution centers. You will bring a proven track record in ownership, a bias for action, and the ability to think strategically. The role requires a strong combination of technology expertise, product management experience, and a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage SQL and Tableau (or other data visualization tools) for reporting and analysis.
• Engage with merchandise vendors to coordinate and support EDI integrations, ensuring seamless data exchange and process alignment.
• Drive the development and continuous improvement of ERP applications.
• Collaborate on ERP projects, testing, and rollout initiatives.
• Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new and existing applications.
• Document bug fixes, change requests, and business specifications to improve ERP systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, software vendors, development teams, and end users to deliver innovative solutions to current challenges.
• Support project execution and ensure successful transition of deliverables into day-to-day operations.
• Support user adoption, training, and troubleshooting of ERP systems.
• Deliver one-on-one and group training on applications, including virtual sessions via video conferencing.
• Contribute to the development of training content for associates on the Learning Management System (LMS).

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or in ERP application management.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and ERP systems (Merchandising, Finance).
- Analytical mindset with SQL and data visualization skills.
- Hands-on, entrepreneurial approach with a bias for action and ability to think strategically.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Track record of coordinating work across multiple teams
- Effective planning, prioritizing, goal-setting skills
- Expert attention to technical detail
- Demonstrated commitment to quality, and raising standards
- Able to demonstrate out of the box problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and act as a self-starter
- 15-25% travel is required, including overnight.
