Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and organization of production sets and locations
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow
- Help in setting up and breaking down equipment before and after shoots
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and maintaining production calendars
- Assist in the management of inventory for production supplies and equipment
- Participate in editing sessions and prepare materials for post-production
- endas, and distributing minutes to ensure action items are followed up.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Strong interest in film, television, or multimedia production
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of production equipment and software is a plus
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
