What you can expect at your practice:

• Position: Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner
• Work Schedule: 3 shifts per week, 7:30 AM - 8:30 PM
  • Every third weekend rotation
  • Rotate working 2 major holidays per year (e.g., Memorial Day, Independence Day)
• Volume Expectations: See 3-4 patients per hour, depending on seasonality
• Orientation: 4-6 weeks with a preceptor for new Urgent Care providers
• Practice Details: Treats all ages, no patients turned away
• Incentive Plan: 
  • Eligible after 6 months
  • Up to $2,000 monthly bonus based on patient experience, volume, and visit duration
