Tambourine is seeking an Events & Partnerships Manager to join our high-performing, in-house team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has impeccable attention to detail, and enjoys managing projects from big-picture strategy down to the last logistical detail.


You’ll work closely with the Director of Corporate Marketing and cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and optimize Tambourine’s presence at industry trade shows and events. From securing sponsorship opportunities and managing vendor relationships to coordinating travel, logistics, and post-event reporting, you’ll ensure every activation runs seamlessly and reflects Tambourine’s brand at its best.

Requirements

  • Develop and execute the annual B2B tradeshow and events strategy in partnership with the Director of Corporate Marketing.
  • Identify and secure sponsorship opportunities that align with company goals and brand positioning.
  • Manage all logistics for tradeshows and events, including shipping, travel coordination, hotel bookings, and on-site setup and breakdown direction.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Sales and Marketing for all event-related communications and needs.
  • Build, maintain, and manage strong relationships with partner organizations, associations, vendors, and management companies.
  • Plan and execute client-facing activations such as roundtables, client visits, and in-house events.
  • Manage the events calendar, budget tracking, and post-event reconciliations.
  • Maintain inventory and oversee production of trade show materials, swag, and marketing collateral.
  • Attend select trade shows to manage onsite logistics and ensure seamless execution.
  • Track, evaluate, and report on event performance, including ROI and lead quality.
  • Manage Salesforce lead upload post-events.
  • Research and recommend new opportunities for events and sponsorships that drive visibility and engagement.

Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience in event management, marketing, or partnerships (B2B or hospitality industry experience a plus).
  • Proven ability to manage complex logistics and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working across departments and managing vendor relationships.
  • Experience with Salesforce, G-Suite, and PowerPoint/Keynote.
  • A proactive, positive attitude with a drive for getting things done and keeping teams aligned.
