Who Are You
The Senior Account Manager is the trusted relationship owner for some of DealMaker’s most valuable issuers raising capital under Regulation CF and A+. Acting as a strategic partner and escalation point, you’ll guide issuers through their fundraising journey while ensuring they feel supported, confident, and set up for repeat success.
In this role, your focus is on maintaining durable, long-term relationships, anticipating challenges before they surface, and positioning DealMaker as the ongoing partner for capital formation.
What You'll Do
Strategic Relationship Ownership
- Serve as the main point of contact for issuers, ensuring they always have a trusted partner to turn to for guidance, escalation, or support.
- Build executive-level relationships and maintain credibility with founders and leadership teams.
- Drive issuer retention and repeat raises by demonstrating value throughout the full lifecycle.
- Clearly define expectations with issuers and reinforce the roles of DealMaker, their internal teams, and third-party partners.
Proactive Partner & Advisor
- Anticipate risks and challenges across onboarding, campaign execution, and compliance — stepping in to remove blockers quickly.
- Provide high-level insights on offering structures, fundraising strategy, and market dynamics to help issuers achieve stronger outcomes.
- Lead strategic conversations (e.g. QBRs, campaign reviews, forward-looking raise planning) that reinforce DealMaker’s role as an indispensable partner.
- Actively identify and act on referral opportunities when issuers are most engaged.
Collaboration & Escalation Management
- Work hand-in-hand with Implementation Managers who handle project execution, ensuring issuers experience a seamless onboarding and launch.
- Escalate critical issues internally, aligning with Compliance, Marketing Services, Legal, and Product teams to keep issuers on track.
- Maintain accountability across stakeholders to prevent delays and ensure delivery against agreed timelines.
Technology & Efficiency
- Use DealMaker’s product suite, AI tools, and reporting dashboards to stay organized and proactively monitor deal health.
- Leverage automation, health scores, and predictive insights to surface risks before issuers notice them.
- Document learnings and provide structured feedback to Product and Ops teams to continually improve the issuer journey.

- Experience in capital formation, investment banking, venture capital, or securities law preferred (training provided).
