Job Overview
Our Product Specialists serve a crucial role at Macrobond: They ensure prospects/new clients maximise the value of our offering during the sales process, acting as workflow and financial market experts.
They bring together deep macroeconomic and financial knowledge, a strong understanding of client workflows, and in-depth product expertise to work with C-levels executives and junior analysts alike. On top of the client facing portion of the role, Product Specialists will regularly work with internal teams such as Marketing, Product, Data, and Customer Success to help drive future innovation and maintain our industry-leading suite.
