The BluCar Title Team Supervisor will be responsible for working with the BluCar Operations Manager to provide direction, coaching and support for title specialists with the goal to meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators through an understanding of Copart and BluCar policies and practices.

The BluCar Title Team Supervisor will work to gain a full understanding of BluCar title processing needs and requirements for all types of business the team facilitates. BluCar – Title Supervisor will help create and maintain a positive and productive work environment and culture that will maximize individual and team performance and results.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with onboarding and new hire training.
  • Monitor daily productivity and follow up with appropriate observation conversations and provide feedback if/when needed.
  • Arrange and conduct training meetings on skills and information needed to meet seller expectations and individual/team performance expectations; involve BluCar management in training as needed.
  • Collaborate with management to set appropriate team and individual goals, adjust with department growth, and ensure consistency on daily processing needs and seller requirements.
  • Provide updates to the BluCar Operations Manager on any employee or team issues that are having a negative impact on individual or team productivity and/or morale.
  • Communicate any recommendations with BluCar Operations Manager regarding process and/or system modifications.
  • Build relationships and communicate efficiently with yards, central title units and GMs about BluCar title process.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • High School diploma/GED required; some college preferred.
  • Call Center/Floor Management experience.
  • Two or more years’ experience supervising employees in a team environment, preferably with title processing experience.
  • Experience interviewing, selecting, and training new employees.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
