The primary function of this position is to assess the departments%26rsquo; and individual team members%26rsquo; needs for educational opportunities. It is the responsibility of the Lead to onboard new hires, develop training materials, provide statistical data to leadership, complete team member audits and provide coverage in patient access areas. The Lead will serve as a liaison for team members and supervisors through daily actions by serving as the first point of contact for team members for process and procedural concerns.
