Summary

This role is paramount to our growth strategy, requiring a highly self-motivated individual who can not only architect and deliver complex analytical solutions but also focuses on driving client value realization and enabling organic account growth through exceptional delivery. The Lead will serve as the key technical lead and delivery manager for our analytics offering for a large, high-value account in the financial services space.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and technically adept individual who can move seamlessly between a technical deep-dive with a data science team and a strategic ROI discussion with a senior executive.

Responsibilities

    • Serve as the "trusted advisor" to senior client sponsors, guiding strategic decision-making by translating complex analytical findings into clear, actionable business strategies.
    • Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of analysts, data scientists, and product developers, ensuring the technical quality, business relevance, and timely delivery of analytical solutions.
    • Architect and oversee the design of advanced analytical solutions, including complex executive dashboards, standardized reporting frameworks, and advanced methods such as statistical modeling and predictive analytics
    • Drive data governance and quality standards throughout client engagements to ensure the integrity and reliability of all data sources, models, and reporting deliverables.
    • Scope, plan, and manage complex analytics projects, including defining milestones, allocating resources, managing budgets, and mitigating delivery risks.
    • Conduct in-depth deep-dive analysis on key business drivers, customer behavior, and operational efficiency to proactively identify optimization opportunities for the client.
  • Business Development:
    • Actively support the Business Development team for analytics-focused engagements on the account.
    • Proactively identify and cultivate new revenue opportunities within existing service lines and target prospective business by translating client challenges into quantifiable, data-driven solutions.
    • Develop compelling, data-driven narratives and business cases to articulate the ROI and value proposition of proposed analytics products and consulting services to senior stakeholders.
    • Work collaboratively with the account’s leadership to define and refine the go-to-market strategy for analytics offerings, ensuring alignment with market demand and competitive advantages.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics) or a related technical discipline.
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in a deep analytical role, including 3+ years in an external client-facing or consulting environment
  • Advanced expertise in SQL and at least one programming language used for data analysis and modeling (e.g., Python).
  • Proven proficiency with leading Business Intelligence (BI) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx) to design executive-level dashboards.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex analytical results into clear, concise, and actionable business recommendations for non-technical senior executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and articulate next-phase project opportunities within existing client engagements (upselling/cross-selling support)
  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring cross-functional teams (Data Scientists, Engineers, Business Analysts) without necessarily having direct reporting authority.
