What we need you to do 

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify, research, and engage behavioral health organizations that would benefit from Assembly Health’s RCM services.
  • Use multiple outreach methods email, phone, LinkedIn, and industry events to generate qualified leads.
  • Build and manage a consistent top-of-funnel pipeline of potential clients within your territory.

Qualification & Discovery

  • Conduct effective discovery calls to understand each organization’s billing, collections, and payer challenges.
  • Qualify prospects based on size, service mix, and readiness to engage in RCM transformation.
  • Collaborate with Sales Directors to hand off high-quality, sales-ready opportunities.

Messaging & Value Communication

  • Clearly communicate Assembly Health’s value proposition and how our AI-driven RCM services help behavioral health providers improve financial performance.
  • Tailor messaging to address industry-specific pain points such as reimbursement delays, denial management, and payer complexity.

Territory Support & Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales Directors and Marketing to develop strategic outreach campaigns for target regions or provider groups.
  • Support territory growth goals by ensuring continuous pipeline development and effective lead nurturing.
  • Provide feedback from outreach to refine messaging and targeting strategies.

CRM & Performance Accountability

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) for all outreach activities, contacts, and opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed key activity metrics such as calls, emails, meetings booked, and opportunities created.
  • Track and report progress regularly, taking ownership of your performance and results.

Continuous Learning & Industry Awareness

  • Develop a strong understanding of behavioral health operations, payer relationships, and RCM processes.
  • Stay informed about trends in mental health reimbursement, telehealth, and regulatory changes.
  • Invest in your own professional development this role is a launchpad for future growth into Sales or Account Management at Assembly Health.

Other duties as assigned or required by the business

 

What it takes to join the family 

  • 1–3 years of sales or business development experience (healthcare, SaaS, or professional services preferred). 
  • Proven success in cold calling, email campaigns, and lead qualification. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Comfort engaging with physician practices, administrators, and C-suite executives. 
  • Curiosity about healthcare operations, medical billing, or RCM technology. 
  • Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Outreach, etc.). 
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. 

Compensation for this role is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. The expected salary range for this position reflects these considerations and may vary accordingly. In addition to base pay, eligible employees may have the opportunity to participate in company bonus programs.
