We’re a growing leader in the corrugated packaging industry, and we’re looking for motivated and reliable Assistant Operators to support our converting operations. Starting Pay: $22/hr + shift differential (Base pay may vary based on experience)
🕒 Available Shifts:

• 2nd Shift (03:00 PM – 11:00 PM)

What You’ll Do:

Support machine operations: Assist the Operator in setting up, running, and maintaining equipment such as, Rotary/Flat Bed Die Cutters, Flexo Folder Gluers, and Specialty Finishing/Converting Machines.
Maintain quality standards: Monitor product quality, conduct inspections, and ensure materials meet customer specifications.
Ensure safety & cleanliness: Follow all safety procedures, maintain a clean workspace, and help with basic machine upkeep.
Maximize efficiency: Assist in reducing downtime by helping with changeovers, troubleshooting minor issues, and keeping materials organized.
Learn & grow: Develop skills through hands-on experience and training to advance into an Operator role.

What You’ll Bring:

Manufacturing experience preferred (corrugated or packaging industry experience is a plus but not required).
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machine operations.
Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced production environment.
Reliable attendance and flexibility to work overtime as needed.
