Our hybrid work environment combines the best of both worlds with at least three (3) days in office and up to two (2) days virtual for employees who live within fifty (50) miles of a Farmers corporate office. Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for maintaining healthy business relationships with agency owners.
  • This individual possesses a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and interpersonal skills that enable them to navigate complex projects and overcome challenges.
  • This role acts as a strategic partner and advocate for the agency owners ensuring the seamless integration and utilization our programs and addressing the diverse needs and complex challenges that arise throughout the partnership.
  • Utilizes in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge while executing a comprehensive range of responsibilities aimed at facilitating the seamless adoption, utilization, and ongoing success of the programs/services provided to agency owners.

Essential Job Functions

  • Cultivates and sustains strong, collaborative relationships with agency owners to understand their unique needs and complex challenges, acting as a trusted liaison between the agents and the organization. Regularly engages with agency owners to collect program feedback, address complex concerns, and proactively identifies opportunities for improvement, ensuring a high level of satisfaction in programs provided and the partnership.
  • Provides dedicated support and partnership to agency owners throughout the enrollment process, offering guidance and resources to streamline onboarding and optimize their utilization of the programs(s). Serves as the primary point of contact for agency owners, addressing their inquiries, solving issues/escalations, and providing timely, effective support to maintain a positive and supportive relationship.
  • Accountable for the success of the program(s) utilized by the agencies, leveraging deep insights into their operations to align the services with their specific goals and strategies. Delivers comprehensive reports and summaries of performance results to agency owners, providing impact and value of the program. Communicates the aggregated feedback, performance results and strategic insights to leadership.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to ensure the seamless program management and maintenance, implementing behind-the-scenes processes and initiatives to uphold the integrity and efficiency of the program(s) delivered to the agencies. Proactively identify areas for enhancement and refinement within the program, driving a culture of continuous improvement and innovation to better meet the needs of the agency owners.
  • Aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market. Held accountable for adoption, retention and execution of the program.

Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelors degree preferred.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of Distribution, project, or agency management experience required.
  • 3-5 years market consolidation experience highly preferred
  • Strong sales acumen preferred
  • People leadership experience preferred
  • Data analysis experience preferred

  • Farmers offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications and location.

    o HI/IL/MN/VT Only: $89,280 - $140,030
    o MA Only: $89,280 - $140,030
