We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented World Cup Ticket Manager to oversee all aspects of ticketing operations for the upcoming FIFA World Cup. The Ticket Manager plays a critical role in planning, executing, and overseeing all ticket related operations for the World Cup, specific to our client Unilever and acting as an extension of the marketing team. This individual will be responsible for managing ticket allocations, distribution, strategy, coordination and stakeholder support. The ideal candidate brings strong event ticketing experience, operational expertise, and a passion for delivering world-class experiences. The role will manage ticketing platforms, support customer inquiries, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize the ticketing process.

Please note: This role is based in our client's office in Hoboken, NJ and you must be able to work in office 3x per week.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Manage end-to end ticketing processes for FIFA World Cup matches, including guest lists, tracking, and distribution of tickets across platforms.
  • Oversee the configuration of ticketing systems to ensure accuracy and manage real-time updates.
  • Collaborate with FIFA and official ticketing partners on policies, system updates, and delivery mechanisms (digital, mobile, physical).
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for ticket-related inquiries and troubleshooting.
  • Manage attendee requests such as ticket transfers and access issues.
  • Maintain compliance with event capacity limits and regulatory requirements.
  • Generate reports on ticket allocations and attendance.
  • Provide post-event reporting on attendance, ticket issues, and recommendations for future events.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proficiency with event ticketing platforms and CRM tools.
  • Strong understanding of digital ticketing trends and access control technologies.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of ticket data with accuracy and efficiency.  
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills and ability to operate in high-pressure environments
  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, and problem solving and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or irregular hours during events.
  • Experience in past international tournaments (e.g., Olympics, FIFA) is highly desirable

Base salary range: $68k - $70k, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.

Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role
