What you will be doing:
The Client Implementation Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful planning, coordination, and execution of new client implementations, operational process improvements, and strategic initiatives across Integrated Home Care Services’ (IHCS) operational platforms. This individual serves as the primary liaison between internal departments and external partners (health plans, providers, and vendors) to ensure seamless transitions, timely deliverables, and operational readiness that aligns with IHCS’s standards of service excellence and compliance.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Care Management, or a related field required.
- PMP certification or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
Experience:
- 3–7 years of experience in project management or implementation within a healthcare operations or managed care environment.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in home health, DME, infusion, or related post-acute care services strongly preferred.
- Proven success in managing multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop detailed plans and manage deliverables.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interface with all levels of leadership.
- High degree of analytical, organizational, and problem-solving ability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and other project management tools.
- Understanding of healthcare operations, payor-provider integrations, and regulatory requirements.
