Job Summary:

As a Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing the daily operations of assigned office(s), program(s), and/or geographic region(s) of services. You will function as a vital member of the leadership team, actively participating in the planning, implementation, and execution of assigned services. Your expertise in quality, personnel, and fiscal management will be crucial in supporting our service delivery area, working closely with the Assistant/Regional Director, Vice Presidents, and the Executive Vice President.

Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and sustain an environment where all clients, referral sources, stakeholders, and personnel are treated with dignity and respect.
- Lead and support team members to optimize productivity, deliver high-quality services, and maintain a sense of urgency in operations.
- Monitor and enhance program outcomes for clients in job placement, striving to meet or exceed targeted placement and retention rates.
- Ensure the timely and accurate completion of all client profiles, documentation, and database entries.
- Develop and implement frequently reviewed performance goals for team members and conduct annual performance evaluations.
- Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new personnel, maintaining accurate personnel records.
- Manage and track revenue and expense information for designated service areas, ensuring fiscal viability.
- Provide direct services to consumers as needed, including managing a caseload of persons served.
- Promote positive relationships and program growth by maintaining contact with referral and funding sources.
- Actively participate in networking, memberships, and marketing activities to increase awareness and develop beneficial partnerships.
- Communicate effectively to present information, provide training, and market services in various settings.
- Advocate for clients and serve as a liaison between clients, employers, family members, referral sources, and community agencies.
Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent certificate is required.
- Associate’s or bachelor's degree in an applicable field such as human resources or social services from an accredited institution is preferred.
- Two or more years of experience in a leadership role providing employment, personnel, social services or other applicable experience is preferred.
- For professional manager roles in specific DD waiver services (Day Habilitation, Individualized Skill Development, Community Integration, Group Home, Individualized Supported Living, Out of Home Respite, Personal Assistance, employment-related services, and Shared Living), a bachelor’s degree is required. Relevant experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
Additional Qualifications:
- Possess strong customer service skills.
- Demonstrate skilled computer knowledge, including Word, Excel, internet platforms, and other electronic media.
- Communicate effectively and accurately in both verbal and written forms.
- Understand how to support individuals with disabilities and/or barriers to employment, education, and/or independent living.
- Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record, and abuse/neglect and fingerprint check.
- Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.
