Job Summary

Under the direction of an assigned administrator, plan, organize, coordinate and implement the operations, activities, educational services and support functions of an assigned County Office of Education (COE) program, service, or grant; coordinate communications, resources and information to meet designated COE needs and assure smooth and efficient program or service activities.

Requirements / Qualifications

1) Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, Public Administration, or a related field AND five or more years of increasingly responsible experience in early childhood education, special education, or related administrative or social service fields. 2) Experience with state or federally funded grant implementation, compliance tracking, and fiscal oversight. 3) Strong administrative skills including proficiency in database management, spreadsheets, and project coordination. 4) Experience collaborating with educators, families, and community organizations to promote inclusion. 5) Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 6) Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

Salary Info

Salary step placement is determined by directly related experience and education in accordance with Merit System Rule 4872.1.
