JOB SUMMARY

KIOTI is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the development and execution of marketing initiatives that promote the KIOTI brand. This role assists with social media management, trade show coordination, dealer network support, and brand consistency to help drive awareness and engagement. The ideal candidate is a creative and organized team player with strong communication skills and a passion for marketing. This position requires solid understanding of social media platforms, event coordination, and marketing best practices, along with strong writing and organizational abilities. Working closely with the marketing team and cross-functional partners, the Marketing Coordinator helps ensure consistency across all marketing materials and supports projects that align with KIOTI’s brand standards and business goals. This position is ideal for someone looking to grow their marketing career across multiple areas of marketing within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB

Duties and Responsibilities: 

 

  • Provide day-to-day support for marketing communications activities and campaigns.
  • Assist in the creation, proofreading, and coordination of marketing materials, advertisements, and digital assets.
  • Help maintain brand consistency and adherence to KIOTI brand guidelines across all marketing and dealer-facing materials.
  • Schedule and publish social media content; engage with social followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a strong online community aligned with KIOTI’s brand voice. 
  • Support tracking and reporting of social media and campaign performance metrics and assist in evaluating performance and KPI’s that guide decision-making. 
  • Assist in coordination and planning for trade shows, expos, and dealer events, including material preparation, shipping coordination, and potential on-site support.
  • Assist with dealer marketing efforts, including co-op advertising requests, dealer syndicated social media, marketing resources, merchandising, and communications. 
  • Provide administrative support for project timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination as needed.

 

EDUCATIONAL AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • BS/BA in marketing, communications or related field and 2-4 years of experience in related field. Experience in agriculture, equipment, or manufacturing industry a plus. 
  • High level proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Proven experience in managing social media platforms and social media management tools. 
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of WordPress or other content management systems preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in an agile, demanding environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Collaborate effectively across departments, adapting to shifting deadlines and new initiatives as they arise. 
  • Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills. 
  • Ability to work independently, as well as within a multi-disciplinary team. 
  • Ability to travel overnight for trade shows and events as needed (approx. 10%).
