Job Summary

The Sr. Software Engineer B2 will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining software applications using AWS SQL Spring Boot Java Spring MVC Kubernetes and JavaScript. The role requires a deep understanding of software engineering principles and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment. The candidate will contribute to the companys mission by delivering high-quality software solutions that enhance user experience and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable software applications using Java Spring Boot and Spring MVC to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and enhancements.
• Utilize AWS services to deploy and manage applications in a cloud environment ensuring high availability and performance.
• Write efficient SQL queries to interact with databases and optimize data retrieval processes.
• Implement front-end functionalities using JavaScript to create interactive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and improve user satisfaction.
• Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers to foster a collaborative and learning-oriented team environment.
• Ensure software solutions are secure scalable and maintainable by following industry standards and best practices.
• Document software designs technical specifications and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
