Clario is seeking a Clinical Data Manager to join our Medical Imaging division in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating clinical data generated from the imaging components of sponsor clinical trials across various therapeutic areas. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Perform all data management deliverables for assigned studies

  • Attend and participate in client meetings

  • Collaborate with project teams to define and execute study-specific data plans

  • Develop and run edit checks; resolve discrepant data

  • Maintain complete and organised study documentation

  • Set up studies including TF design, database structure, and specifications

  • Coordinate and document receipt of external data (e.g. CROs, sponsors)

  • Review data for errors and inconsistencies; resolve issues with project teams

  • Track and follow up on outstanding data issues

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines in all CDM activities

  • Adhere to SOPs and contribute to departmental standards

  • Participate in SOP reviews and process improvement initiatives

  • Support internal teams and contribute to overall project success

  • Attend company-sponsored training sessions

What We Look For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences or related field preferred

  • 1+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or CRO industry recommended

  • Working knowledge of relational databases; familiarity with SAS desirable

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access

  • Understanding of clinical trial terminology

  • Strong problem-solving, documentation and organisational skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities

  • Professional and positive attitude
