Pay Details: $36.06-$43.27/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

About the Position

The LMS and Training Administrator supports the entire Training Department by managing the Learning Management System (LMS), coordinating companywide training programs, and ensuring seamless communication between departments and site teams.

This role plays a key part in helping to create, organize, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), and in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth across the organization. The ideal candidate is creative, proactive, tech-savvy, and passionate about helping others learn and succeed.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Under the direction of the Training and Development Manager, assist in the creation and implementation of training programs that align with company goals and employee development needs.
  • Create, review and disseminate training materials (instructional notes, guides, feedback forms, etc.)
  • Serve as the administrator and primary contact for the Learning Management System (Yardi Aspire)—creating, updating, maintaining, and distributing eLearning content to employees.
  • Manage LMS-related reporting, including course completions, certifications, attendance, and progress tracking; generate and present metrics to support training effectiveness.
  • Ensure on-site team’s compliance with required certifications such as Fair Housing, Preventing Harassment, Drug-Free Workplace, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
  • Coordinate logistics for internal and external training sessions, webinars, and vendor-led programs, including venue setup and communications.
  • Collaborate consistently with multiple departments to align learning initiatives, branding, and communications.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between corporate departments and on-site teams regarding training needs, scheduling, and updates.
  • Assist in organizing, maintaining, and creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other training documentation.
  • Support the onboarding process by assisting with new hire orientation and ensuring access to required training programs.
  • Continuously look for process improvements, new learning technologies, and creative ways to enhance employee engagement.
  • Participate in department and company meetings and contribute to cross-functional projects as assigned.
  • Attend training classes as scheduled and assigned. 
  • Additional duties as assigned by supervisor.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Yardi software (LMS and property management modules).
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Publisher, Outlook, and Teams).
  • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to groups.
  • Creative and proactive problem-solver who takes initiative.
  • Positive, cheerful personality with a genuine desire to help others learn and grow.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
  • Passion for inspiring, motivating, and impacting others through learning and development.

Qualifications


Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in multifamily property management or a related industry.
  • Experience with affordable housing and tax credit properties is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience managing or supporting an LMS (preferably Yardi Aspire).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or certifications in Training, Instructional Design, or a related field not required but preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Fair Housing and applicable housing regulations.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass background and drug screening requirements.
