Job Description
You will be the Traffic Administration Supervisor for the Traffic Administration Team. Our team is responsible for overseeing end‑to‑end shipment processing, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving operational excellence across the logistics network.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Traffic Administration Supervisor you will be responsible for leading a high‑performing traffic admin function that powers our mission‑critical supply chain.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Supervise the Traffic Admin Team, providing guidance, training and performance feedback.
- Maintain compliance with customs, hazardous‑materials and transportation security regulations.
- Analyze shipping data, produce metrics‑driven reports, and recommend cost‑saving opportunities.
- Identify and implement process‑improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with internal program, logistics stakeholders and external carriers.

Basic Qualifications
-Production Control, Logistics, Supply Chain or Shop Floor Control Experience
-High School Diploma or Equivalent: A minimum educational requirement for the role.
-3-5 years - Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or a related field, with a focus on administrative tasks.
-Knowledge of Shipping Regulations: Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing shipping and logistics.
-Global Freight Management Systems (49 CFR / IATA / IMDG): Certified or certification within 90 days of employment date.

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $73,800 - $130,180. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
