Ledyard is looking for a dynamic CRM Administrator to lead the optimization of our 360 View Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This pivotal role ensures the CRM platform is configured to support business processes, drive customer engagement, and execute employee incentive programs—all while improving data accuracy and accessibility. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor CRM functionalities that align with strategic goals and regulatory standards, helping us deliver exceptional customer experiences and fuel business growth.

We’re seeking a tech-savvy problem solver with proven experience managing CRM systems—ideally within banking or financial services—and a strong grasp of platforms like 360 View, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics 365. Certification in CRM platforms and experience with data analytics tools are highly desirable, as is knowledge of banking products and customer lifecycle management.
