WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The Commercial Operations Administrator will support the Commercial & Marketing organization across varied operational, logistics and commercial activities. The role works cross functionally, collaborating closely mainly with the Commercial Operations Manager, and provide administrative and coordination support for department members, internal and external clients, etc.

YOUR ROLE

  • Customer order processing,
  • Stock file management, updating prices and dates of contracts
  • SAP data cleaning, requesting new customer and supplier accounts
  • Investigating and chasing unpaid invoices where needed
  • Monitoring email and responding to queries on stock or pricing
  • Taking customer phone calls
  • Addressing delivery queries
  • Updating the NHS Supply Chain portal with sales daily
  • Providing sales data to the business
  • Registering complaints and tracking them
  • Filling and managing documentation according to SOPs
  • KPI tracking and escalation
  • Quotation
  • Sales Tracking

YOUR BACKGROUND

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Negotiable)

Experience:

  • 2-5 years of experience in supporting functions, general assistant
  • Experience with data management, analysis and reporting
  • Knowledge of Microsoft PC applications
  • Good interpersonal skill
  • Good organizational skill, able to multi-task
  • Attention to detail
  • Good team player, positive attitude, good work ethic
  • Good working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
