Summary/Objective
The Scheduler will oversee the day-to-day scheduling tasks to keep staff and client schedules up-to-date so operations can run smoothly. This position generally carries out responsibilities in the following areas: scheduling and payroll.
Essential Duties
- Complete the schedule for all clients, including ABA line therapy, ABA supervision, ABA family guidance, OT services, and SLP services (as applicable).
- Create and maintain staff schedules, including but not limited to checking schedules in Measure for accuracy and approving for payroll. See scheduler job aid for full details and responsibilities.
- Serves as the systems expert for Measure and, as such, field questions related to the systems.
- Monitors client authorizations in collaboration with the clinical team.

Position Expected Hours of Work
Pathways established a life/work balance policy with the goal of assisting staff in preserving personal time. This is a full-time position. Work hours for this position are typically 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday.
Requirements
Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in scheduling or managing others.
- Ability to navigate technology.
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelors' degree in business or related field.
- Three to five years of business administration experience.
