#1 volume Toyota dealership in Western North Carolina is looking for an experienced Used Car Sales Director to join our dynamic team at Fred Anderson Toyota of Asheville!

The ideal candidate for this position has a proven track record of growing a used card department and is known for providing outstanding customer service and sales. Prior used car management experience is required.

What we are looking for

  • Work directly with customers to develop enriching relationships that improve client happiness and fuel the sales process
  • Maximize the overall profitability of the sales team
  • Prior automotive dealership management experience (required)
  • Prior used car management experience (required)
  • Knowledge of DealerTrack, V-Auto, and E-leads
  • CDK Experience (preferred)
  • Display outstanding compliance track record
  • Strong knowledge of appraising vehicles for trade-ins (required)
  • Overseeing reconditioning
  • Meet dealership sales goals
  • Provide training and support to sales staff
  • Assist in closing deals and establish trust among our clientele
  • Demonstrate leadership by setting a clear vision and goals for the sales targeted performance
  • Drive business through a high level of involvement in the day-to-day operations
  • Lead the negotiation process, ensuring the customer understands their vehicle purchase and pricing
  • Working with computer systems for onboarding new hires, inventory management, training and dealership management software
  • Analyze business metrics to resolve shortfalls and implement action plans to elevate performance
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record (required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience required
