Key Responsibilities
· Migrating data from third party software to PPG software
· Troubleshoot and resolve data issues, escalating where necessary
· Assist in developing and maintaining data migration guides, templates and best practices
· Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills

· Able to receive verbal instruction and take accurate notes, creating documentation where necessary
· Experience of being able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
· Excellent organizational skills and an ability to work to deadlines while managing a varied workload
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
· Confidence in the use of IT for business purposes including proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Outlook with excellent knowledge of excel
· Knowledge of Microsoft SQL
· Pro-active and forward thinking
· Demonstrates good numeracy and analytical skills
· Desirable knowledge of SIMS and FMS or other MIS systems
