Seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager with 14 to 16 years of experience leading and coordinate strategic initiatives across software application development. This role involves overseeing multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving execution excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, define program roadmaps, and deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within budget. Candidate should possess an engineering degree as basic qualification. Experience with process automation and integration technologies will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end program execution across multiple software development projects.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Establish and maintain SDLC processes to ensure efficient and transparent workflows.
• Monitor program KPIs, track progress, and proactively manage risks and dependencies.
• Facilitate regular status updates, stakeholder communications, and executive reporting.
• Champion continuous improvement in delivery practices, tools, and team collaboration.
• Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives and compliance standards.
