Protect, Serve, and Elevate the Guest Experience
As a Lifeguard, you’ll play a vital role in promoting water safety, enforcing pool rules, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for all resort guests and homeowners. You’ll be part of a team that’s committed to delivering exceptional service while ensuring the safety and enjoyment of everyone in our aquatic spaces.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
- Respond to Emergencies: Act swiftly and appropriately in emergency situations, following all training and safety protocols.
- Enhance Guest Experience: Make thoughtful recommendations to your Supervisor to improve guest satisfaction and facility operations.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep all areas spotless, including entranceways, lobby, multi-purpose rooms, first aid areas, pool decks, hot tubs, and change rooms.
- Organize Pool Areas: Ensure pool decks, chairs, and equipment are clean, orderly, and ready for guest use.
- Deliver Outstanding Service: Follow up on guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Enforce Safety Rules: Monitor pool areas and enforce rules related to smoking, drinking, chair reservations, and other safety policies.
- Report Issues: Document any damage, maintenance needs, or missing inventory items to ensure timely resolution.
- Engage with Guests: Provide accurate resort information and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests and homeowners.
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
- National Lifeguard Certification required.
- First Aid with CPR ‘C’ required.
- Recertification of awards to remain current will be required.
- Partial completion of High School.
- Previous customer service experience required.
- Must be age 15 as per Ontario Legislation.
