Job Summary:
The Medical legal review (MLR) analyst is a key role, responsible for understanding the PRC (promotional review committee) process and technical submission of marketing assets. This hybrid position merges creative basic knowledge with technical CMS understanding, eliminating handoffs and acting as the engine of our high-velocity production workflow. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with a basic design knowledge and a passion for process efficiency, capable of managing assets during the PRC process through to final Veeva Vault PromoMats (VVPM) submission.
Key Responsibilities:
Assets review & packaging:
Perform initial self-QC to ensure all assets are included before formal review.
Prepare and package all necessary creative components for review and final submission, including creating submission templates.
Technical Submission in VVPM:
Prepare and upload final, approved submission packages directly into Veeva Vault PromoMats (VVPM).
Perform all necessary VVPM functions for the asset, including linking claims, managing components, manage anchoring and annotations and ensuring all metadata is accurate.
Create and manage handoff packages for external partners when required, ensuring all technical specifications are met.
Process & Workflow Management:
Manage assigned assets within the JIRA/ Workfront workflow, ensuring timely status updates and clear communication at each stage.
Collaborate seamlessly with the global team in a "Follow the Sun" model, providing clear end-of-day handoffs to ensure continuous progress.
Actively identify opportunities to streamline the production process and contribute to the evolution of team best practices.
Communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders ensuring everyone is updated of the package submission.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in digital design and production. Preferably with experience in email, banner, print and social media assets.
Basic knowledge with Adobe Creative Suite (especially in Acrobat and Photoshop).
Basic HTML and CSS proven experience.
Basic experience in CMS templates (Ex: AEM, Wordpress or Drupal)
Experience with or a good aptitude for learning technical systems, specifically Veeva Vault PromoMats (VVPM) or similar regulated content management systems.
Good attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free work.
Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to collaborate in multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in a team-oriented, cross-functional, and ideally, global environment.
