MPD is currently searching for a Data Integrity Manager to join our Multnomah County Office. The Data Integrity Manager is responsible for the creation and maintenance of MPD’s client database, reporting to the state and appointment of counsel at arraignment.  The Data Integrity Manager responds to data information requests and questions from the Executive Director, County Director and OPDS analysts.  The Data Integrity Manager answers queries regarding billing and contract rules, in-house case management rules, system data, or any general topics the Docketing section can assist with.  The Data Integrity Manager supports attorneys in maintaining current case lists to ensure information regarding their clients' open and closed status is up to date.  This is a supervisory role that manages a team of two Data Integrity Assistants.  The Data Integrity Manager receives general supervision from the County Director.

This position pays $68,449.00 - $91,600.00 per year. Staff is an at-will employee.  This is an in-office, full-time, exempt position.  In addition to compensation, MPD also offers:

  • Medical (choice of PPO or HDHP), Dental and Vision – 100% employer paid for employee only coverage
  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA)
  • Basic Life, STD, LTD and ADD&D – 100% employer paid 
  • 401(K) – MPD will contribute 6% of your annual salary with full vesting after the completion of 5 years of service
  • PTO – 24 hours upon hire and accrue up to 80 hours and increase up to 120 hours starting at 24 months
  • 10 paid holidays + 2 Personal Equity Days
  • 4 Mental Health Days per year 
  • Sick Leave – 48 hours upon hire + accrues monthly after the completion of six months of employment  

Position Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to pass background check to access courthouse and other criminal justice facilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, and formula and graph generation
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of agency records

 Position Preferences

  • Education or experience working in the legal or social service field is preferred 
  • Experience working in indigent criminal defense a plus.
  • Ability to lead by example in the handling of work assignments, as well as in the treatment of staff and others in the criminal justice system.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment:

  • Some physical activity such as carrying boxes of records weighing up to 15 pounds or stooping to extract records from files
  • Regular travel required between office and courthouse
