•Support & validate all integrations to make sure it is used by downstream and user access are appropriate
•Update & maintain Integration Dashboard (Ev5, Workday & HUB) and keep all information up to date
•Assist senior team members with database administration, including monitoring, maintenance, and ensuring data integrity.
•Support developers in creating and enhancing applications, often with a focus on Oracle-specific technologies like SQL, PL/SQL, and JAVA.
•Provide technical assistance to internal or external users, troubleshooting issues related to technical/ Functional in HR/Payroll applications.
•Help with data extraction & analysis to support business intelligence and reporting needs.
•Identify opportunities in the overall project methodology for technical or process improvements to facilitate agile development, shorter timelines, and more robust integrations.
•Qualifications:
•A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related technical field is typically required.
•Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, dynamic environment, while maintaining or exceeding the Service Level Agreement with our internal customers
•Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
•Ability to work independently and as a member of a team to achieve goals
Ability to multitask and demonstrate flexibility to easily move between tasks
