RN, Subacute Unit Manager (55 Bed Unit)
$58-$62/hour DOE
Must have a minimum of 6 months experience in a Subacute unit. Please do not apply without this experience.
Position Overview:
The primary role of the RN, Subacute, Unit Manager, is to manage and supervise staff, monitor patients, implement treatments, develop patient care plans for long term needs, administer medications, follow up with families and provide the highest quality of care to all patients while staying in compliance with current federal, state, guidelines, and company’s regulations in the high acuity subacute unit.
Qualifications:
Current, unencumbered, RN license in California
1-3 years of RN experience
1-3 years of Nursing Supervisor/Management experience in a post-acute, subacute, skilled nursing facility, LTC or Hospital.
Minimum of 6 months experience with ventilator and/or tracheostomy tube dependent residents
Strong communication, excellent customer service, teamwork and organizational skills.
