Roles & Responsibilities:
- Hardware knowledge of Desktop / Laptop / Printers
- Strong Knowledge of Windows desktop OS installation/troubleshooting/ Upgrades ( Win 10 / Win 11 / MAC OS is optional )
- Installation & troubleshooting of desktop applications. ( MS office / VPN clients / Outlook email clients )
- Basic networking & Troubleshooting of LAN Network, Wi-Fi-related issues.
- Good knowledge of Antivirus clients & troubleshooting.
- Remote support & guiding the users in resolving the system-related, network-related issues.
- Coordinating with OEM / Vendor for repair / warranty-related issues.
- Basic knowledge on MS office ( word / excel )
- IT Asset Management
