Crescend Technologies is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to grow our existing portfolio of business and develop new opportunities: driving revenue growth, market share expansion, and customer diversification. As an individual contributor, you will collaborate across the organization with sales, engineering, and senior management to execute successful sales strategies that maximize revenue, profit, and customer mix.
Additional responsibilities include developing product solutions, managing pricing strategy, and serving as the primary customer interface. Supporting activities include market segment TAM/SAM modeling, tracking segment trends, and conducting competitive threat analysis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Leverage knowledge of high-power RF amplifiers to increase sales.
- Works with engineering and senior management to drive go-to-market strategies.
- Proactively identifies and qualifies for sales opportunities.
- Focuses to develop Crescend Technologies relationships and engagement within all levels of the customer organization.
- Executes a pre-defined business plan focused on driving revenue growth and measurement against defined targets.
- Maintains multiple contacts within a large customer base, providing routine communication about Crescend Technologies products and advanced product development programs.
- Weekly tracking and updating of sales opportunity pipeline.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and 5-7 years of experience in sales or 9-12 years of sales experience without a degree
- High understanding of the customer acquisition process.
- Strong Presentation and Communication skills.
- Ability to articulate the Crescend Technologies value proposition.
- Ability to influence at all levels both with customers and internally at Crescend Technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships across organizations.
- Exceptional time management, prioritization, attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working within Sales CRM and ERP Software.
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite: PowerPoint and Excel.
Requirements Preferred
- The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in direct RF amplifier sales.
- Prior experience working with Epicor and Pipedrive
- Expert knowledge of industry trends, competition, customer buying patterns, and marketing techniques.
- Named Account relationships and knowledge of the corporate market a plus.
