Receiving Team Lead en 511 Tactical

We are seeking a motivated and organized Team Leader to oversee the receiving and put-away process in our high-volume distribution center. In this role, you will guide a team to ensure smooth daily operations, assist with inventory management, and support equipment operations while maintaining a safe, compliant, and efficient work environment.

What You'll Do:

• Supervise daily activities in the receiving department, ensuring processes run efficiently.

• Oversee receiving of inbound purchase orders from factories (AIR/OCEAN), retail store transfers, and equipment operations.

• Support team members with exception handling and resolve inventory discrepancies.

• Ensure compliance with all container/receiving documentation, including BOLs and seals.

• Support Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) initiatives related to inbound processes.

• Collaborate with other leaders to optimize workflow on the receiving dock.

• Report damages, process errors, and unsafe conditions to leadership promptly.

• Monitor team performance, attendance, and adherence to schedules.

• Train team members on processes, safety, and proper equipment use.

• Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory safely.

 What You'll Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• 3–5 years of experience in a high-volume distribution or warehouse environment.

• Familiarity with RF units and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to read, write, and speak English effectively.

• Knowledge of safety and security procedures in a warehouse setting.

• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel).

Pay Range: $23.00-$27.00 per hour based on experience
