Tri Pointe Homes is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic individual to join our talented group as a Digital Content Specialist.

 

Position Highlights: Responsible for creating, publishing, and maintaining digital content across social media platforms, websites, and campaign channels. Produces copy, graphics, and short-form video while supporting localized content needs and influencer activations. Also manages stock photography purchases, uploads, and tagging within the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, and assists with coordinating photo and video shoots. Leverages AI solutions for content generation, localization, asset resizing, SEO tagging, and automated reporting to increase efficiency and creative output.

 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Produce digital content including copy, graphics, video, and campaign collateral
  • Maintain content calendars and manage digital asset libraries.
  • Purchase stock photography, upload assets to the DAM, and ensure accurate tagging for easy retrieval.
  • Assist with coordination of photo and video shoots, including scheduling, logistics, and asset delivery.
  • Support localized content needs across divisions to ensure alignment with national strategies.
  • Execute daily social media posting, channel-specific content, content engagement, and influencer campaign contributions.
  • Assist in campaign landing page development and collateral updates.
  • Leverage AI for translation, tone adjustment, and content localization.
  • Use AI tools for image editing, video resizing, and accessibility compliance.
  • Support trend research, creative ideation, and experimentation with new content formats
  • Automate metadata tagging, SEO recommendations, and campaign reporting.
  • Generate creative variations and test formats to optimize performance
  • Automate monthly reporting with AI-driven insights

 

Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 3 or more years of experience in digital content creation, social media, or marketing
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to adapt content for diverse audiences and localized needs
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools and platforms
  • Knowledge of video production and editing for short-form content
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and metadata tagging
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools, including AI tools
  • Experience with digital asset management
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Ability to adapt content for diverse audiences and localized needs

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Sedentary for extended periods, 4 or more hours per day
  • Frequent repetitive hand use (typing/computer work)
  • Auditory ability to communicate in person, on calls, or in meetings
  • Visual acuity for detailed computer work

 

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: The expected Base Salary range for this position is between $36.06 to $45.67 per hour, equivalent to $75,000 to $95,000 per year, depending on experience and skillset. Base Salary is paid bi-weekly, every other Friday.
  • Bonus: This position is eligible for an annual performance-based cash bonus. Bonuses are earned, calculated and paid in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Company’s applicable incentive plan document.
