• Bachelor's degree in a Civil/Structural engineering discipline, from an accredited institution is required 
• Membership of a relevant professional Engineering Institution (ICE, IStructE, etc.) is preferred
• IT literate, with good knowledge of using Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of using CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD) for engineering design.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to apply diversified knowledge of principles and practices to a range of assignments.
• Able to manage tasks on multiple projects and conflicting deadlines.
• Able to work autonomously and/or as part of a project team.
• Pro-active in building knowledge and understanding of the civil engineering profession and electricity transmission & distribution industry.

• Ability to maintain focus on technical work to meet deadlines.
