Support Engineer
- Provide technical support for telecoms services and systems (mobile, fixed line, TV, etc.)
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues, escalating as required to higher-level teams
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests across multiple platforms
- Collaborate with other support teams and engineers to maintain high service levels
- Document issues, solutions, and processes accurately
- Learn and adapt quickly to new computer systems and technologies used within the telecoms environment
- Work within a shift rotation (day, afternoon, and night) to ensure 24/7 coverage at the client site in Lisbon.
- Highly motivated with a strong willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong team player who can collaborate effectively
- Great computer knowledge and ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly
- Flexibility and commitment to shift work (day, afternoon, night)
- Availability to work onsite at the client’s premises
- Previous experience in technical support, especially within a telecoms environment (nice to have)
- Familiarity with telco systems such as mobile networks, fixed line services and television (IPTV, cable) (nice to have)
- Knowledge of troubleshooting tools and customer support platforms (nice to have)
