Job summary
Reporting to our Corporate Sales Director based in the Netherlands, the Senior Account Executive contributes to revenue growth within the Corporate segment by managing opportunities and deals on a daily basis in their client portfolio, fostering long-term client relationships, and enhancing Valiantys’ market presence. This role requires proven sales experience, a solid understanding of the client landscape, and a strong ability to collaborate across departments to achieve targets
Purpose and Responsibilities
Sales and Revenue Generation
- Drive growth and profitability by identifying opportunities and closing deals within an assigned client portfolio
- Execute targeted sales strategies focused on the specific Corporate customer segment to meet revenue targets while optimizing the attach rate
- Develop and implement a pipeline generation plan by identifying focus accounts and key campaigns to maximize sales opportunities within the assigned area
- Acquire new logos by prospecting, qualifying, and winning new clients, while also expanding relationships within existing accounts.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and foster long-term client relationships through regular communication, fostering trust and satisfaction
- Engage with clients, to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing timely support
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, or expanding service offerings
- Support, and occasionally lead, presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
Forecasting and Reporting
- Prepare, update, and submit accurate sales forecasts and reports, with supervision
- Regularly monitor your sales performance, enabling timely adjustments to strategies for meeting targets
- Ensure compliance with reporting standards
Knowledge Development and Accreditation
- Maintain knowledge of Valiantys services offerings & Atlassian stack, to provide informed recommendations
- Obtain and maintain necessary certifications, including Atlassian certification/accreditation, to support sales efforts and ensure credibility
Collaboration and Team Effort
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Actively participate in team meetings, providing updates on sales progress and supporting collective objectives
