Job Description:

Senior Quality Assurance Manager

• Act as Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Manager for SFL Regulatory Affairs & Scientific Communication GmbH (SFL Reg) and SFL Pharma GmbH (SFL Pharma) entities, supporting the maintenance of SFL’s Swissmedic establishment license.

• Provide support in hosting and preparing for Health Authority inspections.

 • Support the management of the SFL Swiss Quality Management System (QMS) and support client projects.

• Act as QA Designee for SFL Pharmaceuticals Deutschland GmbH (SFL-DE).

• Support harmonization, integration, implementation and maintenance of a global QMS across the Veristat group of companies including acquired organizations.

What we look for:

• Bachelor/Master degree or PhD, alternatively long lasting experience in GMP, GDP, GVP or GCP area.

• 2-10 Years of Experience Minimum (in a e.g. CRO, pharmaceutical company, testing laboratory).

• Have knowledge and experience of:

o The purpose and components of effective pharmaceutical QMS, especially covering aspects of harmonized GCP and GMP requirements.

o The Swiss and EU legislation and regulations governing QMS.

o Risk management methods to facilitate maintenance of effective QMS.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong multitasking and organization skills with a high level of attention.

• Ability to coordinate between internal and external stakeholders.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to solve problems and ability to implement practical solutions.

• Well-honed ability to work independently, think critically, take initiative and set priorities, as much as ability to work as part of a team.

• Ability to meet strict deadlines, flex with changing priorities.
