About the Role
We’re looking for a dependable and customer-focused Customer Account Advocate to join our Buy Here Pay Here team. This role is all about building relationships with customers and helping them stay on track with their vehicle payments. You’ll work both over the phone and in person to provide friendly, professional service while ensuring timely and accurate payment collection.
What You’ll Do
- Call customers regarding upcoming or past due payments
- Process payments in person at the window and over the phone
- Maintain accurate payment records and customer notes
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with all customers
- Support the team with other office and customer service tasks as needed

- Basic computer and phone system skills
- Prior experience in customer service, collections, or automotive finance a plus
