Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry! We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50 labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this Customer Service Specialist (Onboarding New Accounts) opportunity at NDX Green Dental Lab in Heber Springs, AR.
The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:
- Enter customer information and account setup in LMS.
- Make outbound follow-up calls to new customers via telephone and e-mail to assure product and service satisfaction
- Educate the customer or products that are available.
- Handle inbound calls and engage in cross-selling, as applicable.
- Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database.
- Participate in marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events.
- Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, and prepare account setup for customers.
- Utilize discretionary judgment when investigating and troubleshooting customer service issues; including authorizing credits, issuing discounts and customer coupons
- All other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education and Experience Required:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum two (2) years customer service, dental office and/or telephonic sales experience preferred
- Proficient computer experience with Microsoft Office
