Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities: 

• Processing new inventory, including dealer trades. The new inventory will be validated against OEM’s inventory and physical MSOs.  
• Responsible for stocking used vehicles acquired through street purchases, OEM portal purchases, and auctions.  
• Processing cross sales and brand transfers between McDonald Automotive’s 13 stores.  
• Assists with other duties as assigned. 

Specialized Skills:

• Experience with a similar position and Tekion
• Attention to detail.
• Basic MS Office knowledge, specifically Excel.
• 10-Key.
• Automotive accounting experience.
