Salary: $55,000 - $75,000/year* + profit sharing + benefits
* Range depends on skill level and overall experience.

Where and How You’d Work:
Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. That’s why all of our team members work on-site under the same roof. While every team member has a designated workspace (with an electronic sit-stand desk), our campus was designed to house a variety of unique work and play zones (e.g., quiet library space, coffee bar/lounge areas, recreational game zone, and outside/patio work and break areas).
What You’d Do in This Role:
As an Audio Engineer, you’ll shape the sound of the Ramsey Network, from on-location recording to mixing content, promos, and special projects. You’ll collaborate with Producers, Project Managers, and Post-Production teams to deliver technically excellent audio that reflects the Ramsey message and connects with millions of listeners.
You’re Probably a Match If:
- You have 3-5 years of professional experience in audio recording and editing, TV/Film or YouTube preferred.
- You are a Pro Tools expert and skilled in using industry-standard software plug-ins.
- You are experienced in field recording with Sound Devices and Zoom recorders.
- You can operate Ambient Lockit Slate and Nanolockits for SMPTE timecode synchronization with cameras.
- You are skilled in post-production audio, including audio repair, restoration and creative sound design.
- You are familiar with broadcast audio consoles for radio production and live call-in shows.
- You have a strong alignment with and passion for the Ramsey Solutions brand, mission and message.

- Partner seamlessly with Producers to capture pristine audio and deliver polished post-production
- Collaborate with Cinematographers to ensure flawless sync between audio and video
- Blend sound and visuals into a cohesive, immersive experience that elevates the story
- Work hand-in-hand with video editors to deliver final assets that are ready for release, and ready to impact millions
