Our Drain Technicians are responsible for diagnosing and repairing residential drain systems and leading customers to informed and confident buying decisions.
 

Job Responsibilities 

• Respond to 4–6 residential drain service calls per day, addressing clogs, backups, and slow drains 
• Perform detailed drain inspections and clearly communicate findings and recommended solutions to customers 
• Operate and maintain drain service equipment, including drain machines, hydro jetters, and inspection cameras 
• Collaborate effectively with dispatch, parts, and installation teams to ensure seamless service delivery 
• Manage and maintain accurate inventory of tools and parts on your work truck 
• Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to stay current with industry best practices 

Pay and Benefits 

• Pay: Potential Earnings $45,000 - $65,000/annually plus commissions (eligible for overtime over 40 hours/week) 
• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Requirements

• Prior experience in drainage or plumbing is bonus, but we also welcome applicants eager to start a career in this field 
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record 
• Comfortable working in extreme heat or cold, both indoors and outdoors 
• Willingness to work in environments with potential exposure to water, sewage and other related elements 
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs., work in confined spaces, and perform physical labour
