Clinic Lead en Golden State Orthopedics & Spine

We are looking for a Full Time Clinic Lead to join our team.

Job Duties Include:

• Managing the schedules of all Clinic staff, including managing days off schedules
• Evaluating all Clinic staff; participates in development of key performance indicators for each position
• Verifying timecard data with the direction of the Clinic Director or Supervisor
• Scheduling and organizing patient flow, accompanying patients to exam/procedure room, assist patients with changing to exam gowns, and transfer to exam table if needed
• Document patients health history, activities, medication dispensed/prescribed, etc., in the medical record
• Providing basic patient care as ordered by physician and assist physician with various procedures
• Provides patient education materials, communicates physician advice/instructions to patient
• Wound dressing changes, preparing injections, suture and staple removals,
• Obtaining lab/x-ray reports, cleaning and stock exam rooms
• Adhering to infection control/safety guidelines and confidentiality policies
• Complying with HIPAA, OSHA and Red Flag Rules
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education:

• High school diploma or GED certificate

Experience:

• 1-year clinical experience in medical clinic (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Medical Assistant Certification

Pay Range:

• $25.00 to $28.00 per Hour

*Higher compensation may be available for someone with advanced skills and/or experience
