Minimum qualifications:
- 3 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
Preferred qualifications:
- 6 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
- Experience being proactive and solution-oriented, anticipating potential issues and developing mitigation strategies.
- Ability to be highly organized and efficient, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Ability to adapt and adjust plans on short notice while still adhering to overall goals.
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Ability to navigate ambiguous situations to guidelines and preferences set by the business and executives.
